Looking for a place to relax and find some inner peace? The Zen Zone provides activities such as meditation, Reiki, and yoga—practices that will help you feel centered while helping you express your true authentic self. We meet on the last Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. Each month will bring a different activity or practice.
Light refreshments will be served. Bring your yoga mat if desired.
