Please bring serving platters and serving utensils.
Nuts About Berries
Join amateur gardener and naturalist Michele Augeri for a discussion about the nature and nurture of berries, including:
- wonderful native berries you can grow for yourself and wildlife
- cultivation tips for growing berries in the home garden
- the "Is It a Berry?" botanical pop quiz
Michele will provide a guide to take home listing some terrific berry-growing books, as well as local and online sources for berry plants.
Timeline for the evening:
Arrive between 6:15 - 6:30 pm
Doors lock at 6:30!
6:30 - 7:30 - Recipe swap and taste
7:30 - 8:30 - Michele
Registration by June 1 is mandatory in advance. Space is limited!
