Our busy lives pull us in many directions. Taking time to be still, present, and focused has many benefits. Meditation is a practice that strengthens our focus and attention, as well as releases stress to stay healthy.
Open to all skill levels. Please bring a mat or use our chairs.
Carolyn Carpentiere is passionate about mind-body health and it is her belief that it holds the solution to most all health problems. Carolyn received her 200 hour yoga certification at Long Island Yoga School in 2009 and has continued to work in and study many other holistic solutions to health including Mindfulness Meditation and Reiki. She has studied at Kripalu in the Berkshires, Yoga International and the Open Center in NYC. She has passion for learning solutions to help people connect to their innate healing potential. She teaches at gyms, clinical centers, corporations and privately in the NY area.
Classes are January 16, February 20, and March 20
