Adam Larson Jazz Quartet

Saxophonist-composer Adam Larson has been making waves as a bandleader in New York City for many years. Larson brings his original compositions as well as a mix of his favorite standards, with a stellar band. Adam has previously played at the library as a member of the Ted Rosenthal Quintet, as well as his own quartet. Larson will present music from his three existing albums as well as newly written material, specifically for this concert.

Adam will be joined by musicians Can Olgun, Jay Anderson and Matt Wilson.

The Great Neck Library Music Advisory Committee, now in its 48th year, is co-chaired by founding member Gabe Chieco and Michele Ganz, and includes members Estelle Pace, Joan Brill-Pavlovic, Ellen Charlop, and Pamela Levy. This all volunteer committee of Great Neck residents represents a wide range of musical experience and performance.

This concert is Dedicated to the Memory of Staff Member, Colleague and Friend, Jonathan Aubrey.

Registration suggested beginning Monday, September 17 by calling 466-8055, ext. 208/254 or register online.

Great Neck Library School District residents have priority for seating.  Please arrive 15 minutes earlier or preferred seating.
