Join us for a mid-day 30 minute meditation to help relax and reset your mind and body. Take a moment to be still and be guided into a state of calmness, clarity and relaxation. This age-old practice has been proven to help relieve stress and all stress related illnesses including psychological balance, blood pressure, and physical pain to enhance overall health and well-being.

Carolyn Carpentiere is passionate about mind-body health and it is her belief that it holds the solution to most all health problems. Carolyn received her 200-hour yoga certification at Long Island Yoga School in 2009 and has continued to work in and study many other holistic solutions to health including Mindfulness Meditation and Reiki. She has studied at Kripalu in the Berkshires, Yoga International and the Open Center in NYC. She has passion for learning solutions to help people connect to their innate healing potential.  Carolyn teaches at gyms, clinical centers, corporations and privately in the NY area.
