Virtual Book Discussion: Inspirational Book GroupTuesday September 28, 2021
7:30 PM until 8:30 PM
Join us on Slack (see instructions below) for an online discussion of A Walk in the Wood: meditations on mindfulness with a bear name Pooh by Joseph & Nancy Parent. Copies are available in regular print, also as a Hoopla eBook and eAudio. When the library opens to the public, we will have copies available to pick up. In the meantime, please place a hold on a copy and pick it up at a different local library or use the digital resources. Just let us know if you would like help.
Description: The book uses Winnie the Pooh to guide readers through life lessons grounded in the act of slowing down, observing what is around, and being present in the moment.
