The First Wednesday Speaker series welcome Daphne Bye on March 6 at 6pm to discuss how we can get beyond physical reactions to anxiety and utilize our body’s highly attuned tracking systems. This talk explains how “overwhelm” can throw our nervous systems askew. We begin learning to tracking ourselves mindfully and so move us from excessive fatigue, anger and anxiety, toward more vibrant calm.
