An interactive workshop for both men and women that will guide you in the process of getting deeply relaxed and more mindful, giving you the tools to navigate life in a more holistic and balanced way.

In this workshop you will: 1. Develop awareness skills to recognize personal triggers and habit patterns that steal your peace. 2. Learn to hit the pause button to change the relationship to those patterns. 3. Build a lifestyle that supports being fully present in your physical, mental and emotional bodies. 4. Be supported by an energy healing component to assist you in achieving your goals.
