EventKeeper : Tell a Friend
Birds of Rhode Island

Monday February 24, 2020
6:00 PM until 7:00 PM

Mary Gannon, Wildlife Outreach Coordinator from D.E.M., will give a presentation about the birds of Rhode Island.  She will discuss the Breeding Bird Atlas project, focusing on how particular bird populations have fluctuated from the past atlas (from the 1980s) to the current atlas that is wrapping up this year. The bald eagle, among other selected birds, is one of the positive examples of population growth in the Ocean State.  Come with your questions!
