Soothe your senses with the calming scents of lavender with Marina Horan, local lavender grower at Centennial Gardens and proprietor of LavenderWorks.org. Lavender Works employs individuals with autism who work to make quality lavender products. Learn all about lavender, including:

healing properties and health benefits
uses in soaps, teas and more
planting and growing
and the launching of LavenderWorks!

There will be a 15 minute meditation afterward to demonstrate how the soothing lavender fragrance effectively relaxes your mind, promotes emotional stability and mental clarity.
