The story of the life and times of Gustave Eiffel Tower created in sections outside Paris for the Paris 1889 World Fair is filled with history. Eiffel's dream for his engineering feat was originally met with controversy.  But this talk is very broad combining the World's Fair advances in engineering, unusual entertainment at the fair (Annie Oakley and Buffalo Bill) and American Indians (Native Americans), Edison and his elevator saferty devices for the lift of the tower, etc.

Lecture is 1 hour long and is Open to All.
