Seamus is a singer/songwriter who garners increasing attention lately. His intricate fingerstyle guitar work, evocative vocals and timeless songs make for riveting performances. Hailing from the Buzzard’s Bay region, Seamus has supported his passion for music with a number of side hustles, alleviated recently by a grant from Passim’s Iguana Music Fund. In 2016, Seamus won the Rose Garden Coffeehouse songwriters competition and was a finalist in the last year’s RISA songwriting contest. He has played venues mainly in New England, but as far away as Dublin, Ireland. Seamus has opened for the likes of Ellis Paul, Cheryl Wheeler and Ryan Montbleau.
