LOMA Open Mike NightMonday January 14, 2019
7:00 PM until 10:00 PM
Friends of the Lincoln Library & LOMA invite you to a live music & spoken word program featuring local talent.
Eric Kilburn featured performer
Eric is a fixture in the folk scene here in New England, well known for his premier recording studio (Wellspring Sound), as an omnipresent and tasteful sideman on mandolin and guitar, and from appearances with his own band, “The Swing Café.” Mature folkies also fondly remember him as a brilliant songwriter. He’s played on Passim’s stage over 40 times, both as a headliner and opening for the likes of Tracy Chapman and Shawn Colvin. Eric’s songs have been covered by Arlo Guthrie, Sally Rogers, Lucie Blue Tremblay, and many others. So everyone will be excited to hear that Eric has just completed mastering his first album of originals in 28 years! It's called My Own Mistakes, a collection of songs looking at life through the eyes of a child and a parent.
