This class is for anyone who wants to do yoga. This includes seniors, people with injuries, or disabilities, or people who just do not want to get on the floor. This Class helps with balance, strengthening muscles and calming the mind. We do standing poses holding on to the chair and seated poses to work on posture. This is a recurring class that takes place every Wednesday morning.
