Mindfulness Workshops for Parents, Educators and Caregivers
Practicing mindfulness improves attention, reduces stress and anxiety and helps with cognitive and academic growth. It increases one's ability to regulate emotions, feel compassion and empathy for others.
Classes include: Yoga, Traditional Meditation, Sound Meditation, Mindfulness Practices, Art Theater and Art Therapy.
