This class begins with breathing techniques to help relax and relieve stress by focusing on breath (pranayama) and the present moment. This class is for anyone who wishes to improve flexibility, balance and coordination. The exercises can be performed while standing or seated. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
