American Sign Language Introductory Workshop

Presented by Suzan Colon from the Katzenbach School for the Deaf. An introduction to American Sign Language (ASL), it is the first language of many deaf North Americans and one of the most commonly used languages in the United States. Participants will learn basic vocabulary, history and Deaf culture and to be able to communicate clearly with ASL signers. It also design to effectively teach you ASL at your own pace from anywhere using your computer, tablet or smartphone. Registration required. Call 882-3148.
