Yoga nidra is the Sanskrit name for the centuries-old tradition of yogic sleep that balances the nervous system, boosting immunity, and healing body, mind, and spirit. Class includes mantra chanting to focus the mind, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation to relieve fatigue and pain. Please come comfortably dressed with extra layers and your own yoga mat or any other optional props such as pillows, blankets, etc. that will keep you comfortable.
