EventKeeper : Tell a Friend
Land Use and Civic Responsibility: Workshop and Movie Screening *Day 2*

Saturday January 12, 2019
10:00 AM until 1:00 PM

Join artist David Burr in a community experience and discussion around the history of Spectacle Island In Boston Massachusetts. He is asking us to consider how we use our public spaces and maintain our remote or less traversed lands. There will be a video screening and a public creative workshop. What spaces in Medway have been overlooked? what is the effect of thoroughfares or something like a public walking trail on suburban or rural neighborhoods? How is loosing this land affecting us? How is gaining new public utilities affecting us? Does it even out?

This will be a follow up experience to the event on the 5th of January. It will be a very different experience from the first day, however will bring up conversations which anyone will be able to enter! So please come even if you weren't able to make the first event.
