Meditation is not only a simple tool to help people reduce stress, it also helps positively transform our inner self, impacts our outer relationships, and improves the way we cope with the stressors around us. Ms. Vidich will explore the healing power of meditation for a life of improved physical and emotional wellbeing and will lead a short meditation sitting.
