Saturday morning yoga at the Library is back! All ages and experience levels are welcome!
Join our instructor, Vivian, for weekly Community Classes from 10-11 am. Each class is donation-based, allowing participants to pay what they wish.
Classes are designed for all levels and will focus on slowing the pace and energizing the breath through classical postures, breath work, and mindful movements.
