Virtual Meditation Workshop: Be Kind To Your Mind with Amy Rutledge

Join us online for a virtual guided meditation and relaxation session called "Be Kind To Your Mind" with mindfulness specialist Amy Rutledge of California.  Amy will teach us a little about the benefits of meditation and will guide us through a 30-minute meditation class.  This facilitator has been teaching online classes via Zoom, Youtube, and Facebook Live for Libraries during this challenging time.  She teaches mindfulness, loving-kindness, compassion, and creative visualizations to help relieve stress and anxiety and to bring peace and connection to all.  Amy has experience teaching all ages, and she also offers self-love workshops for teens.

  Advance registration is required here, and once signed up, a Zoom connection link will be Emailed to you on the day of the program.  Please join us and start out the Fall without the usual stress as this program should bring us all a refreshed outlook for the rest of 2022!  We hope to see you there.
