Lead your department into the future - Youth Services Strategic Planning [Palmer]

Planning is a sound strategy and it can be particularly sound for a Youth Services Department, no matter how big or small. In this workshop, participants will identify and prioritize the main concerns and issues, using a SOAR exercise, and develop a Department Action Plan.
Please bring a non-perishable brown-bag lunch.
Led by Susan Babb, Advisor for Youth Services.
This workshop will also be held on January 10, 2013, 10-1, at the Newburyport Public Library.
