1	Event: Managing Difficult Patron Interactions [Amherst] Wednesday October 3, 2012 9:30 AM until 4:30 PM Want to stop challenging patron situations from escalating? This session is for you! Participants will learn about excellent patron service; define the cornerstones of excellent patron service; understand why patrons are difficult; and to manage tough situations. In preparation, staff will contribute examples from their own experience. Please bring a non-perishable brown-bag lunch. This training will be led by Pat Sordill of Sordill Consulting.
