Gather with other interlibrary loan colleagues to discuss the state of ILL in Massachusetts. How have the fiscal changes in the past year affected your services? How can BPL and Quincy help you keep your patrons satisfied? How does OCLC work? Here’s the time to share your excellent ideas about what is working well. And get some answers to those questions that have stymied you. These roundtables are open to anyone who has an interest in ILL policies, procedures and practices.
Join Jim Jaquette, Interlibrary Loan Librarian at the Thomas Crane Public Library in Quincy, and the rest of your interlibrary loan colleagues for a wide-ranging discussion of all things ILL. All with the goal of helping you respond to your patrons’ unique requests with a satisfying “we can get that for you!”
