ILL Roundtable [Topsfield]

Request forms, received forms, returned forms, Oh My! Library Rate, Priority Mail, Customs Forms! Oh, why? Evergreen, VirtCat, WorldShare, Oh, Sigh! Join Carolyn Noah, Assistant Director of the Massachusetts Library System; Susan Applegate, Interlibrary Loan Officer from Boston Public Library; Sue Kaler, Interlibrary Loan Supervisor from Wellesley Free Library, and your fellow ILL colleagues in a discussion of the current and future Resource Sharing landscape in Massachusetts. Share problems, solutions, tips and tricks that will make it easier to succeed in obtaining materials for your patrons. Carolyn will discuss future plans for Resource Sharing in the Commonwealth. Susan will have updates from The Library for the Commonwealth and journal article delivery service. Sue will discuss OCLC’s plans for migration off of the FirstSearch platform to WorldShare ILL. Please join us for what promises to be a lively discussion (with refreshments, of course!)
