Event:	Redefining the Recipe for Sustainable Leadership [Boylston] Thursday August 9, 2012 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM Looking for a way to add new ingredients to your leadership style that will result in fortified and sustainable results? This all-day workshop is for library leaders who have been in the field for 15 years+. Moira Garvey, Principal Consultant and founding member, of Jupiter Consulting Group will be the facilitator for this Senior Leadership opportunity. She helps leaders and teams at all organizational levels increase performance and amplify their positive impact on their organizations and communities. Moira is dedicated to "Adding Life back into Work." The morning session focuses on discovering how purpose, internal resources and core values guide day-to-day leadership decisions, behaviors and profoundly impact performance. The afternoon portion of the workshop introduces the fairly recent application of neuroscience research to leadership effectiveness. This all-day workshop will be held at the lovely Tower Hill Botanical Gardens in Bolyston, MA. This workshop will be limited to 20 attendees.
