[Chatham] Wednesday November 7, 2012 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM Planning is a sound strategy and it can be particularly sound for a Department, no matter how big or small.  In this workshop, participants will learn how to identify and prioritize the main concerns and issues, using a SOAR exercise, and develop a Department Action Plan which will strengthen and support the Library's Strategic Plan.
