This workshop will assist you in sorting fact from fiction in estate planning. It will cover the frequently asked questions and common misconceptions regarding wills and trusts, asset protection, nursing home issues, Medicaid qualification, and estate taxes. The workshop will be presented by Paul R. Daniele, Esq. from Daniele Law, LLC, who has been practicing NJ Law for 49 years, has served as an Assistant Prosecutor, a Newark Municipal Judge, and was awarded the Newark Peace Prize in 1991.
