The American Civil War had a death toll of 750,000.  Many of those killed were thrown, unidentified into trenches or not buried at all.

This program, presented by Martin Mosho, explores how the Federal and State governments, along with groups of individuals sought to rectify this matter.

Mr. Mosho, a retired business executive, is the author of two books and a teacher of Civil War programs.
