Joyful Stories and easy crafts are shared each weekday with your family! This series was created by the Children's Librarians, as we miss our littlest patrons! While our in person story times are not possible, we will be sending extra special stories and easy-to-do-crafts directly to your homes.
 
Monday: "Eenie Meenie Halloweenie" by Susan Eaddy; read by  Miss Katy
Craft: Hanging Ghost (Boo!) Supplies: Cardboard tube, white and black paper, white grocery bag, scissors. glue, yarn, stick (optional)
 
Tuesday: "I Love My Fangs" by Kelly Leigh Miller; read by Miss Laura
Craft: Vampire Mask supplies: Paper plate, Miss Laura's Vampire Template  https://bit.ly/MsLauraTemplates
black, white and red construction paper (or white with crayons to color), scissors, glue stick, single holepunch, string/yarn
 
Wednesday:  NATIONAL IMMIGRANT DAY "I'm an Immigrant Too!" by Mem Fox; read by Miss Jodi
Craft: Dream Catcher Supplies: small paper plate, yarn or ribbon, single whole punch

Thursday: "Goodnight Already!" by Jory John; read by Miss Danya
Craft: Teddy Bear Supplies: brown paper, crayons or markers, scissors
 
Friday: Happy Halloween! "Creepy Carrots!" by Aaron Arnolds; read by the author.
 Craft with Miss Lauren: Creepy Carrots! Supplies: green, orange and black paper (or white to color), crayons, markers or colored pencils, scissors, glue, googly eyes
 
 
 
Each weekday at 1:45pm, a NEW Storytime Link opens, offering stories, new crafts and some special programs! Everything is available on the Library's YouTube channel: @MonCoLibrary and is accessible through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
