Associated with both spiritual and health benefits, we invite you to try this meditative form of exercise. T'ai Chi Chih consists of 19 stand-alone movements and one pose. T'ai Chi Chih doesn't require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination. This class is for individuals over age 18.
Dan Pienciak, an accredited International T'ai Chi Chih Teacher and Trainer, has been practicing T'ai Chi Chih since 1995, became an accredited instructor in 1997, and is certified in Seijaku, an advanced T'ai Chi Chih form.
Attend one or as many of these sessions as you would like. No registration; no specific equipment needed, just wear comfortable clothing.
