Learn about the 19th century movements and fascinations that helped create and shape the park and its contents, from Spiritualism to Transcendentalism and the artists and designers involved.

Leanna Renee Hieber graduated from Miami University with a BFA in theatre and a focus in the 19th Century. She has performed in regional theatres around the country starring in Shakespeare, classical theatre, and adapting 19th century literature for the professional stage. A New York City resident, she is a licensed New York City tour guide, a member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA and has been featured in film and television shows like Boardwalk Empire and Mysteries at the Museum.
