A trained and experienced instructor will talk about the powerful connection between your breath and emotions.  How to use breath to be centered, more in control of your mind and find lasting peace and joy.  In this free workshop you will get experience of yoga based breathing and meditation tools used by over 370 million people worldwide.  This session is offered through the Art of Living Foundation. We will be sitting in chairs, no special clothing or equipment required. Doors close at 7:15pm.
