Yoga for You

Join us for a 60-minute Vinyasa  Yoga class with certified yoga instructors. Vinyasa Yoga consists of  flowing movements synchronized to your breath rhythm.  Modifications and intensification will be offered to meet the needs of beginner students as well as those with a seasoned yoga practice. The flowing sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility, find mental focus, and teach you how to listen to your body. Each class will begin with warm up flows, followed by a creative standing/ balancing series, floor work and stretching, and ending with a savasana (a resting pose). We encourage the use of yoga props during practice. If you have a yoga block, a yoga strap or a hand towel you're welcome to bring them to class but they are not required. Each participant should bring a yoga mat, water and any yoga questions you may have.  We love to talk yoga and we look forward to seeing you on your mat soon!
