Sleep. A five letter word that carries so much value. Did you know that on average, you will spend about one-third of your life sleeping? That means a 90 year old individual will spend 30 years of his life sleeping! It's safe to say that sleep is an essential and basic human need. This lecture will discuss why we sleep, common sleep disturbances and most importantly, how to get a better night's sleep.
