Reward yourself. Practice Iyengar-style yoga on your lunch hour with  Cathy Adamo who is at the library with postures which benefit your general health, reduce stress, and slow down the aging process. You will need to bring a yoga sticky mat, available at many discount stores, and two firm blankets. This session has 9 classes @ $4 per class runs from 12:30pm-1:30pm on Fridays March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 April 6, 13, 20, and 27.   To gain the most from your practice, be prompt, wear pants with an elastic waist, and do not eat immediately before class. You may register at the Reference Desk with a check in the amount of  $36 payable to the North Bellmore Public Library.   Any registration without a disclaimer will be cancelled.
