Weight/Strength Training (In-Person)

Join us for Weight/Strength Training with Desiree Durand. Low-impact strength training is a form of exercise that focuses on increasing strength and endurance while putting less stress on your joints and connective tissues. A full-body workout using hand held weights combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit. Bring your own weights to the class.

Classes are 7/11/24, 7/18/24, 7/25/24, 8/1/24, 8/8/24, 8/15/24, 8/22/24.

Registration for NBPL cardholders begins Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Reference Desk.

Registration for non-NBPL cardholders begins Friday, July 5, 2024 at the Reference Desk.

 

Register once for all sessions. Bring a check for $20 payable to the North Bellmore Public Library.
