Disability Awareness Book Club
Monday April 9, 2018
7:00 PM until 9:00 PM
The purpose of the club is to engage in thought provoking discussion centered on books with a disability theme: fiction that portrays a character with a disability, nonfiction about living with a disability and biographies, autobiographies or memoirs about living with a disability. This month they will discuss The Point of Vanishing: A Memoir of Two Years in Solitude by Howard Axelrod. In May they will discuss A Piece of the World: A Novel, by Christina Baker Kline. Info contact: Jenni Acosta at email@example.com.
