The Mindfulness Meditation Group will meet on the first and third Thursdays of the month. Breathing and meditation practice helps cleanse the body mind complex enhancing the feeling of well-being, bringing clarity and calmness within. Participate in gentle yoga poses, breathing practices and guided meditation. Use a chair or sit on the floor. No previous experience required. The group is appropriate for ages 14+ and will be led by yoga and meditation teacher Janhavi Wadhwani.
