Virtual Storytime: PA Trolley Museum
Enjoy our special virtual storytime with the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum!
A representative from the museum will read a story that will introduce children to streetcars and local history in a fun and engaging way. Following the storytime, kids will be encouraged to participate in an activity based on the story we read!
This virtual storytime is part of a series promoting the Experience Kits initiative at select Allegheny & Washington County Libraries. With your library card, receive free admission passes for up to four people to several local museums and historical sites. For more information, visit https://www.northlandlibrary.org/experience-kits/

About the PA Trolley Museum:
The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum came to Washington County in February 1954 with three trolleys and a dream that was born in 1941. Today, the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum owns nearly 50 street and electric railway cars, 20 of which are operational on the museum’s four-mile ride. Each year over 30,000 visitors are treated to a hands-on, moving history lesson.
