The Importance of Family History Writing  
 
Rich Watson and Sue Ennis will co-present “The Importance of Family History Writing” to share insight about why and how to write about your ancestors. Knowing options for presenting your genealogical research to others includes writing and sharing your work. During this presentation, learn four styles for writing family history. Suggestions for how to add your research, tips for writing, and examples of projects, followed by a question and answer session will be included.
 
Rich Watson is a retired Regional Sales Manager in the Railroad Industry.  He enjoys family, travel, pickle ball, and genealogical research, mostly in New England. He has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.  Rich and his wife Peggy live in New Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
 
Susan Ennis, a retired English teacher and librarian, enjoys teaching genealogical research and writing. In 2019 she visited ancestral towns in Wales and England to learn more about her roots. A member of APG, NHG, and Cranberry Genealogy, Ennis is an avid researcher, writer, and editor who resides in Harmony, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
