The Kid: Film Screening*
Join us for a special screening of the Charlie Chaplin film The Kid, with an introduction by Dan Kamin, author of The Comedy of Charlie Chaplin: Artistry in Motion. The story of a penniless tramp who adopts an abandoned infant, this film struck a powerful chord in the aftermath of a devastating war during which millions died and thousands of children were left orphaned.
Dan Kamin will also join us Thursday, May 13 to talk about the film and Chaplin's career.
Registration is required for this virtual program and begins on April 1. You may register online or by calling 412-366-8100, extension 113. Please register as a household. A Zoom link will be emailed out the day before the program.
