Wise Walk Kick Off
Walking may be the simplest way to work out. Your heart gets exercise, you lower your blood pressure, and your bones get stronger. Walking also eases stress and can boost your outlook on life. Get out and walk with us during our 8-week Wise Walk program! We will meet each Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. at Pie Traynor Field to walk together and enjoy the fall weather. Water will be provided each week.
