Date: Wednesday, March 6, 2019
Time: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Session: 19-294401

Description: Assuming staff have a solid understanding of all IEP components, this one-day training will provide a focused look at writing measurable and relevant IEP goals. Based on each goal, participants will explore how to select and use objectives or benchmarks to assist in describing anticipated progress over the course of the IEP cycle. Particular attention will be paid to creating effective and efficient progress monitoring plans.

Using a series of IEP rubrics, participants will examine their own students' IEPs and leave with a tool to guide their work.
Each participant must bring an IEP to work on during the training.
