Crock Pot Cooking
Tuesday February 27, 2018
6:00 PM until 9:00 PM
This program has been cancelled due to low registration.
Would you like to save time in the kitchen, but still have healthy dinners for your family? Join Chef Carol at the library for a new cooking class! In just one class, we will prepare four freezer-ready meals. When you're ready, just defrost the meal in the refrigerator overnight, and cook on LOW in your crock pot the next day. All of the dishes are wholesome, hearty, delicious, AND cream soup-free!!
The four meals will be:
Fiesta Chicken Soup
Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Louisiana Bayou Chicken
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
Just bring your favorite chopping knife, cutting board, measuring cups, and a rubber spatula. The cost for the class will be $100 per person - four meals serving 4-6 people works out to less than $2.50 per serving. There will be a limit of 20 attendees, so advance registration and payment is required. No refunds can be issued for this program if a patron does not attend after submitting payment.
