Healthy Blood Pressure for All - Cooking Matters Class

Registration in advance REQUIRED. Class open to the first 10 registrants only! Sign up at the library at the first Healthy Blood Pressure for All meeting on January 23.
Cooking Matters (CM) is a 6-week cooking course (2 hours a week for 6 consecutive weeks) focused on cooking delicious and nutritious meals on a budget. Classes include hands-on cooking, nutrition lessons, a grocery store tour, and take-home groceries each week.
