Sally Lipsky is a plant-based nutrition educator and leader of Plant-Based Pittsburgh. She has a Ph.D. Education, Certificate Plant-Based Nutrition, and is author of Beyond Cancer: The Powerful Effect of Plant-Based Eating (website PlantBasedEatingHub.com).
