A new book club for grades 3-5!  Our first book, I Survived the Children's Blizzard of 1888 by Lauren Tarshis is an exciting adventure story based on historical events. A massive blizzard dumped 10 feet of snow on the American Prairie in 1888. How will 11 year old John Hale, a city kid from Chicago, survive this storm?
