Join the Plum Borough Community Library and some special dog friends from "Therapaws"/WCOTC (Westmoreland County Obedience Training Club) for a time of book reading and animal loving!  Students entering grades 1-6 should come prepared with a book to read to the dogs and the dogs will listen and be entertained.  Space is limited.  Please visit us at the library to register in the children's program book.  No phone registrations will be taken.
